Do you know a young person or adult who has gone above and beyond? We’d love to hear from you.
There are three ways to nominate a young person or an adult. You can answer the nomination questions in writing, by video, or by voice note and submit them using the nomination form below. For more details on video or voice note nominations, go to our Frequently Asked Questions page. If you need help submitting your nomination, get in touch with us at [email protected].
You can only nominate someone once, so please read the description under each category and think about which might be the best fit for your nominee.
You can nominate yourself or someone else. If you’re nominating someone else, you must tell them you’re doing so and gain consent to share their contact email and eDofE number if they have one. If you’re nominating yourself and are under the age of 18, you must gain consent from your parent or carer before doing so.
All winners will be invited, with a guest, to a special celebration event in London at the end of the year. We’ll cover reasonable travel expenses and provide accommodation where necessary, with winners coming together to enjoy a unique experience.
We acknowledge that differential societal barriers exist for different people. We encourage nominations from a wide range of backgrounds, particularly from people who are Black, Asian or minority ethnic; disabled; from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
We welcome applications in Welsh if that is your preferred language. Please follow the process and form set out on this page. There is no separate process for Welsh language nominations.
