There are lots of exciting ways your organisation can get employees involved in fundraising for the DofE. The donations we receive from our corporate partners support young people – especially those who might struggle to access the DofE due to barriers – to start their DofE journey.
DofE Business
Your company can run DofE Business in the workplace which improves employee engagement, retention, and skills development and helps your graduate or apprenticeship programme to stand out from your competitors. Every 18 months, a cohort of your young employees can embark on their Gold DofE Award whilst working within the business. This enables them to learn hard and ‘soft’ work-related skills side by side. Employee Engagement
With a wide variety of events on offer to our supporters we hope you can find a fundraising opportunity with your colleagues. Why not put a team together for one of our partner events such as a 10k, half marathon, wing walk or even sky dive? Or why not go even bigger and let us help you run your own bespoke event. With your own dedicated Account Manager, we can co-create an event which meets your business objectives whilst engaging and motivating staff.
DofE Events
