What advice would you give to someone starting out their career?

Research all of the different pathways available, whether that’s university, an apprenticeship or a combination of both with a degree apprenticeship, and find out which option feels like the best fit for you.

If you’re unsure which pathway is right for you after school and college, we’d recommend joining one of our events where you can hear from our people on the different programmes available at PwC.

What kind of opportunities do you offer for early careers and why?

Flying Start degree programmes

Our Flying Start degree programmes offer you the opportunity to start a career and gain a degree at the same time.

Join us in Accounting or Business Management, where you can earn a salary and fast-track your career while studying for your chosen subject. Whichever programme you choose, you’ll work on a range of projects in a culture that embraces difference and encourages you to think imaginatively. At PwC we want you to feel challenged, to grow and to flourish. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact, being the difference to our clients from day one.
