This is a fantastic location for Canoe Expeditions using probably the two best rivers in the country.

Any individual can come and join these programmes and they can do this independently.

Each programme includes two days training, a three day Practice Expedition at Easter, and a four day Qualifying Expedition at the end of the school summer holidays.
