The Felix Project – Volunteer Warehouse Assistant -London – start anytime

Help us get good food to the people who need it! As a Warehouse Assistant you will be at the core of our operations: picking orders for charities, sorting food and helping keep our warehouse in good nick.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
• Checking the quality of the surplus food that arrives at our warehouses
• Sorting surplus food
• Packing food parcels for our community groups
• Maintaining health and safety and food hygiene during your sessions
• Helping with cleaning and other tasks as needed

TIME COMMITMENT
Shifts vary between 2 hours (for early morning or evening shifts) to 4 hours.

There is no minimum commitment but we recommend regular volunteering to get the most out of the role and have the biggest impact!

This is a physical role and is available for participants aged 15+.  This role is available in all four of our depots in Deptford, Enfield, Poplar and Park Royal.

An induction and training is provided.
