This expedition package includes: Access to e-learning content that must be completed prior to the course
3 days training & 2 night, 2 day practice expedition
Campsite fees
Group equipment such as tents, stoves and maps
GPS tracking and emergency radios
Expedition support, supervision and assessment
Participants must bring their own food for the duration of the course and personal equipment- kit list available within this website
Teams will be supported to plan their qualifying expedition, with access to online route planning materials from the point of sign up and paper maps during the practice expedition, with support from supervising staff.
This 5 day package enables teams to complete the training and practice ready to progress to their qualifying expedition. We will do our best to keep friendship groups together where possible for those who are signing up with people they know, though we also welcome individuals to join our expeditions.
This expedition requires a minimum of 4 participants to run, in order to meet DofE’s minimum team size requirements, so we close bookings 1 month in advance.
Discount is also available if you wish to proceed to a qualifier.
