Complete your expedition training (including canoe skills) and Gold practice expedition as a 5 day block.
7-11 April 2025 starting at Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, finishing in Nottingham.

This 5 day course includes all the required training to complete your Gold DofE expedition by canoe, and also includes the 2 day 2 night practice expedition.
What’s included:
Campsite fees
Canoe equipment (boats, buoyancy aids, helmets, paddles, barrels and dry bags)
Group equipment (tent, stove. safety kit)
A full program of training from DofE leaders and canoe coaches with experience and qualifications suited to the environment
What’s not included:
Food for the duration of the course
Personal expedition kit (sleeping bag, waterproofs etc- kit list available).

Bookings close 1 month prior to the expedition or when all places are filled. We’ve had a lot of early interest for this expedition so recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
