- The Organic Cookery School’s Brilliant Baking DofE Skills course is taught online over 3 or 6 months and offers the opportunity to master over 30 sweet and savoury recipes and a wide range of baking and pastry skills.
Courses start on the 1st of each month, and are structured in fortnightly cooking assignments (of 2-3 hours) which you complete in your own time, with support from your Organic Cookery Tutor/Assessor.
The course includes:
Tried and tested recipes which your son/daughter will want to cook again and again
Guest expert tutorials and recipes (see our website for a who’s who of our expert and celebrity bakers)
An Organic Cookery School Apron and welcome kit of organic/fairtrade baking goodies posted to your home
One-to-one tutor support via email and WhatsApp
Assessor report & end of course certificate
Vegetarian options throughout and support in adapting to specific dietary needs.
