KAZ Type’s specialised online courses are suitable for both mainstream and SEN learners.
They offer you the opportunity to learn the skill of touch typing and gain an optional National Ofqual-regulated qualification, which adds to your education record. It will equip you with a valuable life skill and asset for your UCAS application form and CV – a remarkable achievement!
• You can start the course anytime (valid for one year).
• Bronze & Silver Awards: 3 months (4 credits for the optional qualification).
Gold Award: 6 months (6 credits for the optional qualification).
• You will be able to access your ‘Welcome Pack’ containing guides and a structured weekly lesson plan in your ‘User Guides’ tab. All you have to do is follow the lesson plan and dedicate a minimum of one hour a week to practise.
• You can work at your own pace and at a time that suits you best, from home, school, college or university.
• One of our assessors will monitor your progress remotely via our super-admin panel. They will email weekly offering encouragement and, should you require help and guidance, will offer Zoom sessions. On completion, they will write and submit your Assessor Report.
