Our really popular and affordable Level 2 cookery course is suitable for the Gold Skills section if combined with Level 1, allowing you 6 months in total to meet the DofE requirements learning this skill.
The course is all online with pre recorded sessions, so you can start anytime. The modules should be spaced over 13 weeks, and you should allow 2 hours per week.
Once you’ve signed up, log in to your account, watch the video, download the recipe sheet, buy the ingredients and get cooking! Upon completion of each module, don’t forget to take a photo before you eat the evidence! At the end of the course we ask you to send us a photo file and we will issue a Certificate and write your assessor report submitting this to the eDofE platform.
The course is fun, it’s filmed at our ski chalet in the French Alps where we also run Gold Residential Cookery Courses. Sally our chef guides you through the recipes, and at the end of the course you’ll have all the skills to produce a 3 course meal for your family, plus many more recipes.
