We team individuals and small teams together to complete their expedition and, with the support of our friendly instructors, ensure participants have a fun and safe expedition.
As well as our traditional independent practice and qualifying Gold expeditions in the mountains we are now running a 7 day back to back practice and qualifying expedition in the South Downs. Participants opting for this should be aware that the expedition is not an easier option than the tradition format in wild country as the consecutive days of walking will be physically demanding.

Expedition Overview
Day 1 – Introductions, kit checks and DofE expedition framework training. In the afternoon teams will learn navigation before completing route planning.
Days 2-3 – Practice expedition. Teams will become remotely supervised with further training as required.
Days 4-7 – Qualifying expedition. Teams will be remotely supervised and assessed.
