Achieving the bronze, silver and gold awards allowed me to learn and implement real life skills including resilience, team work, leadership, communication and independence.

From public speaking to karate to rock climbing to figure skating to go-karting, I took part in many activities that really took me out of my comfort zone and have truly given me skills for life.

Thanks to this award I went on to achieve The Queens Scout Award - the highest in scouting.
