I loved my DofE even though it was freezing cold and I got the worlds biggest, most painful blister ever! It was really nice walking with a group and then cooking together on a campsite and seeing people outside of a school environment. The night was absolutely freezing but the coffee in the morning soon made that better. And then the sun came out and it was absolutely beautiful. It was an experience I appreciate and would never have received had this program not existed.
