This is definitely one of the most memorable moments I'll have with my friends- our teamwork and dedication helped us get through the expedition and though it was a rough path, we made it in the end, sighing relief and joy. Despite our group arriving at the campsite last (due to us getting super lost and walking for 9 hours), we made up for it the next day by having a good breakfast, a good mindset and being the first to arrive back at our school. The image attached is where we found an interesting staircase, in the middle of nowhere and leading to nothing- very... interesting.
Overall, I'm very grateful to have had this opportunity and experience everything else that accounted part of my award- and it wouldn't have been possible without the Duke of Edinburgh himself. May he rest in peace.
