I did my bronze silver and gold after deciding I wanted to go to the palace as it turns out it was at James’s palace and I am the last group who were presented my gold award by Prince Philip as I remember he really really listened and was truly interested in what we felt about our experiences . It was a very exciting day and a memory I cherish but what I did especially the week stay of service left me so greatful for my health as I helped people on restbite care suffering from MS and other disabilities. I can truly say I love the outdoor life because of my expeditions and experience of studying ramsy island as a exploration we have a video of it . The skills I learnt have been the most useful in life and I know it helped to strengthen my character and believe in myself . Thank you Prince Philip for creating this award scheme enabling one to be the best one can be .
