The Duke of Edinburgh Award helped shape me massively into the person I am today. It has helped in many ways from boosting my confidence to gaining new skills and qualifications. Partway through my Gold award currently, the residential section was by far the best experience I've ever had. Meeting new people and making friends from around the UK. Working as a team is what DofE is all about!
