my story after the silver award expedition I had major knee surgery and was told I wouldn’t be able to go on to do my gold by the doctors and i put In the extra work went on more practice walks and kept on doing exercises that would strengthen my knee I even got the point I got back into kickboxing where I was told I wouldn’t be able to again determined to achieve my goals

I have learned that any goal can be achieved as long as you put the effort and determination in and it has made an impact on my life to this day it’s was a fantastic award to be on in all 3 tiers I will always look back and remember the good times I had
