I had a fantastic time completing my Bronze, Silver and Gold awards with my friends. We had great fun and made a lot of lasting memories on our expeditions! I was fortunate enough to attend Windsor Castle for my Gold Award presentation which was a truly wonderful and memorable day. After this, I then became a regional ambassador and was lucky enough to meet the Duke of Edinburgh at Buckingham Palace.
I am grateful to the DofE Award for the many skills I now have - including resilience and motivation when facing challenges.
