Have find memories of our camping expedition. In the practice run we got lost in rural Yorkshire on a foggy hill. A rescue team was sent out to find us! We made sure we didnt get lost on the second one!!! We had a great time. I remember meeti g the Duke of Edinburgh in 1990 at James's palace when we collected out Gold Award. Je was a lovely man and enjoyed hearing our stories. I think I told him we got lost!!! I loved everything about the DofE award. Thank you Prince Philip. Gone but bever forgotten xx
