I have been leading D of E expeditions and helping with the award for 37 years. I have loved seeing youngsters set new challenges and achieve as a result of the award.
During that time I have seen many youngsters achieve. It has been hardest during the last year but I must say students have excelled in the non expedition sections more than ever. It has been good for their mental health and really given them a focus.
