The D of E allowed me to embrace my passion for the outdoors and offered me an opportunity to push my self in a way I could never imagine. My time doing the D of E allowed me to make so many amazing friends and strengthen the ones I already had. Doing the D of E has given me the courage and drive to go and complete 4 week conservation project and mountain trek in Kenya. Without doing the D of E, I would never have thought myself capable of doing this. The D of E has shaped my love for the outdoors and has increased my drive for making the world a better place through charity work. I would like to say a big thank you to the Duke for all his hard work and dedication to this cause and to the many others that he supported. Through his work with the D of E, he has created opportunities for many people that will live with them forever. His passion for the outdoors will remain a strong part of his legacy through this charity and through those who participate in it. Thank you HRH Prince Philip.
