The Duke 'dropped by' in his helicopter to encourage us all at our Gold training weekend which was very cool. It worked, despite our fly sheet freezing in the depths of a snow storm in Snowdonia National Park.
Also, I've never forgotten how shiny his shoes were when he visited; set a high standard myself!
