During my bronze qualifying expedition, one of our team members fell down the side of the hill that we were camping on, she ended up having to get taken to hospital by helicopter- she was fine in the end, but I'll never forget sitting on the hill in the middle of the night with a helicopter landing in front of us and two mountain rescue teams appearing to help.
