I completed DofE whilst in the Army Cadet Force. It gave me an avenue to learn the skills I wanted to learn and has patched my career. I now run a walking business, and have volunteered most of my life. Currently volunteering with Search & Rescue. Not only that, it gave me confidence in my own abilities. Through DofE, I met lifelong friends, friends I am very close to. We have such fond memories and for that, we are all so greatfull. I hope to set my own Centre up in future, to help give people the experience I had. HRH Prince Phillip, thank you for providing such opportunity. You have helped to shape the lives of so many.
