I just want to thank the Duke of Edinburgh for setting up the award scheme. I went through bronze, silver and gold and it gave me invaluable skills I have used throughout my life! It even gave me something to talk to my husband about when we first met as my expeditions were in Yorkshire where he grew up and the campsite was one of our table names at our recent wedding! RIP HRH
