DofE lead to me starting my volunteering over 6 years ago for a local girlguiding group. It has given me confidence, allowed me to make new friends, and and given me a sense of belonging. My expeditions gave me a chance to have a laugh with my friends, and take on new challenges, and I will never forget the memories I have made and the fun I had.

I will be forever grateful for the DofE award and everything that it’s given me.
