I completed my bronze and silver DofE a while ago now, however the memories and good times I shared are still with me. On our Bronze expedition I remember being awoken by the ducks and geese at the camp site we stayed at at about 3am and having breakfast at 4am we were off and out ready to complete our second day before 6am. We sang our way along our route for both Bronze and Silver. Sadly for silver my back could not take the weight of the pack so I had to pull out on day two. I stayed with our leaders and saw the other side. Hiding in bushes checking on the groups and eating ice creams. I also remember that when we wild camped I saw my first ever shooting star a memory I will keep forever.
