Everything. The experience of working in care homes, nurseries, to develop playing the flute and netball coaching. And the huge challenge of our expeditions, which were always wild and incredible adventures! Going to Bavarian Alps for the Gold was an epic trip of a lifetime.
I met HRH at my Gold award ceremony and will always remember him saying, "it's a bit hilly there, isn't it", to be telling him we went to Bavaria... the Alps...yup, pretty hilly!
