The Duke of Edinburgh award has really helped me discover my community and how easy it is to volunteer and help in various ways . I’ve helped plan a number events for my local community and helped out at a number of sports clubs. It’s also taught me that just by volunteering you learn a lot and I mean a lot , I learned Independence , collaboration and a variety of other key skills.
