My Gold DofE experience was life changing it has helped me grow as an individual and enabled me to carry such a highly regarded award around with me for the rest of my life. I did my Gold DofE with my workplace as a part of my apprenticeship and it has helped me develop a high level or resilience and team building and problem solving skills. Without this award I would have not have had all the experience and skills I have now to work in a team and overcome challenges within the workplace. This has made me the best I possibly could be and brought out my true potential as and employee.
