I was very lucky to meet and talk to the DofE about my gold challenge at the award ceremony. My group set out with the challenge of canoeing from one side of Scotland (Fort William) to the other (Inverness). On Loch Ness we canoed through a storm where the water had white caps! Camping right next to the Lochs was my highlight and I’ve taken so many skills away from the award.
