It was a long road to complete but going through the DofE created skills and friendships I could not have imagined. Our gold level task that we chose to complete the gold was an international Camp for Girl Guides and Boy Scouts at Peak 2000 in Derbyshire. While in England 2000, we were able to see the Queen Mum’s 100th birthday and represent Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The cherry on top of completing the DofE was recipe ingredients it from the Duke himself. That was a treat.
