My name is Jay Thomson, I completed my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award in 2019. During my expedition I was away for 2 days + 1 night, while I was there we done sports activities such has football rounders and fitness games. We also had to cook our own food so we learned how to cook burgers, chicken and other foods, we all worked as a team to help prepare meals and we all rotated jobs so we done something different each time. While we were there we were camping so we learned how to set up our own tents. which would benefit us in the future for our next expedition. We also walked with our packed Bergen on to simulate our travel time to the campsite.

Overall my expedition was really good and I enjoyed it, I learned things that will benefit me in the future. All the boys got on well and the staff were good to us so it was a good experience.
