I joined the DofE award in 2017, became a bronze holder in 2019 and now I am a gold participant. I learned a lot from my experience and what I love to call “adventure” in the award, I learned how to set a goal for my passion, and I learned how to find my passion in the first place. Now I have more balance in my life, I know how to work on myself as well as serve my community. The DofE award has given me the opportunity to shine and highlighted my success to be a role model for people my age and I am so grateful for that.
