DofE allowed me to become closer with so many people and led me to do things I might not have had the confidence to do. For my volunteering, I coached a young rounders team and they won their league during my time there which was just so rewarding for me. I remember sitting between the tents on the expeditions with my team playing cards by torchlight, and as simple as it sounds it’s one of my favourite memories.
