I participated in the DofE award during secondary school and loved it. We had a couple of fantastic adventures out walking including mud fights, getting quite lost and struggling to cook. I know we made it in the end but I can’t actually remember that bit. It was through the sport challenge that I actually finally learnt to swim - very grateful for that!
