Lots of wet expeditions in Wales and the lake district... Learnt new skills and shared new experiences which helped to mould me as a person... Encouraging perseverance, teamwork, leadership, trying new things.... my award helped when I got first job back in the late 70s /80s... The ward taught me many skills and helped me to go that extra mile.... What a great legacy soooo many lives have been touched by the scheme...
