I had completed the bronze, silver and gold awards through my local scout patrol. The DofE experiences have made me into the person that I'm today and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The amount of friends and new people with similar tastes you meet is incredible, especially with the expeditions, it's creates an unique bond among a group and is something you will never forget. Another thing the DofE had provided for me was the opportunity to go on and achieve the highest award in the scouting association, the Chief/Queen Scout Award which was another proud moment all because of the DofE awards driving my friends and myself towards the goal. I appreciate everything the DofE awards has done for me.
