I participated in the DofE awards while participating in a very rewarding program called Project Challenge in Halifax, West Yorkshire. I achieved my Silver Award and missed my gold by not getting signed off on my 5 day backpacking adventure. It help create character and build essential leadership skills to navigate adult life. Sadly I lost my pins and have no way to get them replaced.
