The DofE Award gave me so many opportunities to learn about myself and others and gave me the skills and examples I used in university and employment interviews. It’s the reason I still love hiking, can read a map, hold first aid skills (and have used them to help people in serious trouble on a couple of occasions), can sail a boat, can change a nappy....
for everyone involved, the scheme makes the world just a little bit better.
