I completed my Bronze, Silver and then Gold in Pembrokeshire and then went to Cardiff University to study Zoology. When I finished university I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in terms of my career, so I returned to Pembrokeshire and began volunteering to support DofE across the county, through that experience I realised that I loved working with young people. I’ve since completed my PGCE at Exeter and settled in Somerset/Dorset, up until starting my own family I was still supporting students to complete their DofE Awards, and I look forward to returning to it when my son is older.
