I have done bronze, silver and gold. DofE has been one of the best experiences in my life so far. It taught me so many team work skills and navigational skills. The best thing, however, was the friendships I made. The fun we had does not compare to anything I have ever done since. Being able to be on your own with people your own age, out in the countryside and being responsible for yourself and others is very fun and gives you such an amazing sense of freedom and independence. I loved every part of my DofE and am looking forward to the day when I can collect my gold award certificate when the ceremonies resume. I’d like to thank all that made this experience possible and a special thanks is to be given to my leaders who made me a better person and became my friends by the end. THANK YOU!!!
