Doing the DofE bronze and silver awards through school and further education I decided I wanted to continue and do the gold award, my college didnt do it so I found a way and despite having a disability, I have William's Syndrome , with the help of my leader Martin , I achieved this my motto became 'I can and I will' and when I met the Duke of Edinburgh at The palace if Holyrood House on the Gold Award presentations and he spoke to me and shook my hand it made me feel that I was a part of something special ,
