I was introduced to the DoE scheme after I left after 25 years as a Scout Leader to become a DoE assessor. I have a wonderful time as a trainer and a coach, working with YP to gain such a fantastic Award. In my opinion this the best scheme for personal achievement for YP. I with thousands of others wish the Royal Family our heart most sympathies, and take the opportunity of thanking His Royal Highness for his enthusiasm and dedication to this Award.
