Having participated in the DofE, I can say that I am glad to have pushed myself to achieve an award - regardless of the weather!
Undoubtedly, it has allowed me to develop myself and to open doors that may have otherwise remained closed without it.
I am forever thankful to the Duke of Edinburgh Programme and to HRH Prince Philip for giving young people such an amazing opportunity to challenge themselves.
