I completed my Gold DofE in 2016 and received it from St James Palace, as shown here with my Mum, in May 2017.

I can't believe this was taken from all the way back in 2017, so long ago, but I will never forgot the great experiences and challenges that the Duke of Edinburgh's threw at me. It has made me a more motivated, gregarious and positive person! It has taught me to appreciate the outdoors more and the benefits it can bring.

I faced many difficulties during the award, such as the will and energy to complete long expeditions walks and chasing up people to get the sections signed off, but all worth it! My residential was a cooking course for a Ski Season I undertook, which was really useful and it has definitely increased my interest and passion for creating great food, which I will continue to foster.

I have many great memories from DofE and thank the Duke of Edinburgh for starting such a great company with an endless amount of opportunity available. :)
