I have completed all 3 sections, I am a platinum DofE holder, and DofE Leader. I have had the pleasure of guiding and mentoring hundreds of young people in the Army Cadet Force through the DofE award scheme and presented many awards to cadets. Thank you HRH Prince Philip for being instrumental in starting this great organisation and leaving an amazing legacy for many more young people and adults. The DofE award scheme has linked SI many people from different backgrounds, who would not have met in any other circumstances. I have too many wonderful memories of doing DofE to pick one, but my gold expedition has given me a love foe the Brecon Beacons!
