I did my Bronze DofE through the RAFAC, and am currently doing my Silver the same way. I’m experiencing it with some of my best and closest friends, and having a great time whilst doing so. DofE gives me a bit of an escape from a usually very busy lifestyle, particularly when we go on expeditions. I always enjoy the walks... although I do have a very vivid memory of heavy rain from the last one XD. Regardless of weather, DofE has taught me a lot about the importance of teamwork and morale, and has given me an idea of what it takes to maintain those things. 100% recommend it to anyone considering taking part, it’s an experience one can never forget
