I achieved my Bronze, Silver and Gold DofE Awards during school and continued my passion to provide opportunities of growth and development through co-curricular enrichment opportunities when I became a teacher. This Award has helped so many young people realise their potential and develop skills they may not have always realised they could in an academic setting. It has been a privilege to provide these opportunities to these young people - some of which owe their academic performance to the resilience and determination shown during their own Award.
