I took part in the DofE Bronze Award during 2019-2020 at High School. The Bronze Award has helped me to tryout and learn new things. It has given me the confidence and self belief that I didn’t have before I did DofE.
Even though I didn’t get to go on the final expedition in June due to Covid-19 and walk 20km with my group, I did get to on practice and gain the experience of walking 10km with my group which was amazing.
I have gained so many skills and am grateful for the experience it has given me.
I will be going onto complete the Silver and Gold Award in Sixth Form in September 2021
